We can organise skilled professional waiting staff to make your event run smoothly. Our staff are mature and knowledgeable and will set up, serve and pack down, allowing you to relax and enjoy the company of your guests.

Please appreciate that our staff require a minimum of three hours for lunch and cocktail functions and a minimum 4 hours for a dinner shift.


We recommend:
1 staff member per 20 – 25 guest for cocktail style functions, 1 to 15 – 20 guests for buffet style functions and 1 to 12 guests for formal sit down functions.
The cost of waiting staff is $42.50 per hour minimum of three hours.  Please note the minimum hours for formal dinners is four hours.

When a chef is required for your function a charge of $50.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. All formal functions, some buffets and cocktail receptions will require a chef.
