Cooking Classes

We are pleased to introduce weekend cooking classes.With our diverse cultures in the kitchen we will offer a range of classes from Chile,  the Middle East, Germany modern Australian, pastry and baking including gluten free to start. As the seasons progress we will move into jams & preserves. Additionally we will run a class preparing a 3 course meal and show you how to have it all prepared so you can enjoy your guests and look like a pro chef!

 

Weekend one with be Saturday 30 May with sweet pastry, citrus tart, biscuits including  afternoon tea. 2.00 pm - 5.00pm. $110.00 per person

Sunday 31 May What can I do with a chook? How to debone a chicken and make it into - Chicken breast saltimbocca on mushroom risotto, Chicken stock and chicken and vegetable soup. Using the whole chicken to produce multiple meals. You will get to enjoy chicken saltimbocca for a late lunch with a glass of wine.
