Our day package menus include options easily bundled up with our suggestion to make light work of your event planning or you are able to order individual items and build your own package
Please talk to us about your conference and we can tailor a menu specific to your requirements. Our conference packages
include disposable cutlery, crockery, glasses and linen (if required) for the buffet table.
For multiple day conferences we will change the sandwich fillings daily and provide alternative finger food or buffet item selections each day.
We can cater for most dietary requirements, additional charges may apply for some dietary selections.
Need to feed a group, but don’t have time to leave the room? Our lunch packages are designed to enable on the go groups to recharge their batteries and continue with the day’s work.

Perhaps you have plans for lunch, but require some goodies to start and finish the day; our sweet and savoury items are sure to hit the spot with your delegates
BUFFET SELECTION (Minimum of 10 people)
Everyone loves a buffet! Cater with style in your office or home with these options.
COCKTAIL PARTIES (Minimum order of 20 per selection)
There are plenty of options here. After work drinks and nibbles, party time in your backyard. Or simply want to spoil the team.
We can simply drop off to you, or provide staffing to service your event. Some hot canapés do require some on site preparation so we encourage you to consider including a chef to ensure the perfect presentation
SEATED FORMAL OCCASIONS (Minimum of 10 people)
When you need to impress, look no further. One, two or three course meal options are available for those special corporate or family events. Our team love coming out to venues and preparing delicious quality dining in your own comfortable space.
Kitchen Witchery holds a general licence for the provision of alcoholic beverages. We are happy to provide beverages for your event, but in doing so must also include a suitably qualified service attendant to look after your guests

If you have particular beverage selections, let us know.
We can assist with most requirements, however cannot provide Kosher products.
Gluten Free selections incur a $2.50 per person surcharge due to enhanced product cost.
DELIVERY + OTHER CHARGES
A delivery charge from the schedule below will be charged for each delivery required. The delivery fee includes one return trip to collect catering equipment and platters.

We will head back to you at our earliest opportunity to collect any plates, platters and equipment from your event. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a time to meet with you.

We can organise skilled professional waiting staff to make your event run smoothly. Our staff are mature and knowledgeable and will set up, serve and pack down, allowing you to relax and enjoy the company of your guests.
Please appreciate that our staff require a minimum of three hours for lunch, cocktail functions and dinners.
1 staff member per 20 – 25 guest for cocktail style functions, 1 to 15 – 20 guests for buffet style functions and 1 to 10 guests for formal sit down functions.
The cost of waiting staff is $50.00 per hour minimum of three hours.
When a chef is required for your function a charge of $75.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours.
All formal functions, some buffets and cocktail receptions will require a chef.
